With my support I will help you feel confident in your role as managers. My aim is to help you keep staff happy and avoid any formal grievances. However, if you do find yourself looking at an Employment Tribunal, Work Up will help you navigate that process*. To give assurance, I am an insured consultant and member of the CIPD and insured with ICO so you know I will handle your data with care.
