A little introduction.
HI, I'M LUCY
I started Work Up in November 2021. After the pandemic hit, I saw the strain it put on so many small businesses I worked with and the stresses that fell around staffing, resources, and the effect it has on their ability to grow.
These businesses needed help but without the pressure of an additional headcount and the employer obligations that go with hiring staff. This is why I created Work Up.

Lucy came to work alongside our business a little over a year ago and we can truly say it has been an incredible working relationship and supported us to change the way we operate as a company.
